Terry Albert Barr (August 8, 1935 – May 28, 2009) was an American football wide receiver. He played for nine seasons in the NFL, all with the Detroit Lions. The Lions selected Barr in the third round of the 1957 NFL Draft. In his rookie season, he played in the NFL Championship Game. In Detroit's 59–14 win over Cleveland, Barr intercepted a pass and returned it 19 yards for a score. Currently, he ranks eleventh on the Lions all-time receiving list with 227 receptions, 3,810 yards and 35 touchdowns catches. He was selected to two Pro Bowls in his NFL career.

Barr attended Central High School and played in the Grand Rapids City League. He is a member of the Grand Rapids, and Michigan Sports Halls of Fame. Barr died on 28 May 2009 after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
