Gibbs, knowing that Lafferty was on the loose and that Lafferty would also attempt to flee the country despite his passport being expired eventually had two NCIS Agents who were at the airport arrest the pedophile while Gibbs watched the whole thing from MTAC.

Gibbs, knowing that Lafferty was on the loose and that Lafferty would also attempt to flee the country despite his passport being expired eventually had two NCIS Agents who were at the airport arrest the pedophile while Gibbs watched the whole thing from MTAC.
