To add on to why I feel we need more Seers, while we may not have an insanely long queue, the same few Seers are reviewing all of the nominations while some people are only doing a few. Now everyone should at least look at each one, but I think those same people are getting tired of doing in depth reviews and actually doing {{sofixit}} corrections while others skate by in pointing out a few instances of errors here and there, all while overlooking pretty major things. All Seers should be able to get to the point where they only have to review a few of the nominees in depth as opposed to all of them.
