The Dictatorship of West-Kahatu is an island east of the coast of Brazil. It was formerly occupied by Kahatu, but was given independence in 1994. In 1994 it was a democracy, but when the current president wasn't elected again in 1998 he disbanded the government and crowned himself King of West-Kahatu. In 2003, he gave it the official title of Dictatorship.
