  • Whegg was a male rat who served in Tsarmina's army. Though it is unclear whether or not he was formerly a mercenary under Bane's command, it seems unlikely given his apparent disdain for Bane, coupled with his (Whegg's) knowledge of the lower levels of Kotir. Whegg's personallity could be quite cheeky at times, even to his captain. He first appeared late in the story when Tsarmina's forces were on Kotir's roof shooting down at the woodlanders. Later, he found water gushing through Kotir's larder floor stones, and soon after tried to desert. However, he was stopped by Tsarmina when she slew Foulwhisker. Soon after, Whegg, along with most of the garrison, was captured by the woodlanders and was bold enough to ask questions concerning their fate. He was part of the group that was defeated and banished from Mossflower. Not to be confused with Wegg.
