This jutsu allows a person to steal the memories of another person. First the user uses their non-dominant hand to for the hand seal, they then use their dominant hand to extend their chakra in the form of a tendrils from their palm. This tendril then splits apart and enters the enemy through their eyes, nose, mouth and ears(it will also enter through any cuts and wounds on the persons head.). The user then closes their eyes and waits as the tendrils dig into the enemies brain, the user will then be able to freely observe the victims memories and at will absorb any memory they wish to take, in doing this the memory is extracted as a red red/brown mass similar looking to chakra which is then pulled into the users body(It is noted that the memories are very forcefully torn from their owner w
