Growing the Careful DIplomat's Painted Talons is a painful process that begins with tearing out all of the user's real fingernails and forcefully inserting small seeds into each finger. The artifact may not be unattuned or removed without a skilled surgeon on hand. And destroying the extensive root networks will render the user's hands unusable as a crippling effect. the weapon is extraordinarily small, it may not be used to parry lethal or aggravated damage without an appropriate stunt. Lastly, for any style the ST doesn't deem inappropriate, the Painted Talons as a natural weapon, count as unarmed attacks.
