T'Challa Udaka was the second son of King T'Chaka and Queen N'Yami in 1997. From an early age, T'Challa was trained in Wakandan martial arts and went to a prestigious school. When T'Challa was eleven, his father was killed by Ulysses Klaue and his elder brother was made the new King of Wakanda.
When T'Challa was thirteen, he met Ororo Monroe a lower class citizen living in the slums of Wakanda, the two befriended each other and the two would begin dating a year later until she moved to the United States.Arrival of Galactus
When T'Challa's brother travelled to New York for diplomatic reasons he took T'Challa along with him. While there, T'Challa went exploring Manhattan until he saw a god-like being in towering over the city, Galactus. He ran to check on his brother only to see the building he was in was destroyed.
T'Challa would recover his brother's dead body on mourn for him, he would then look over to Galactus and see that New York's heroes were helping fight Galactus and become inspired.
After Galactus' defeat, T'Challa never wanted to feel powerless as he did that day and not be able to protect the people he loved. T'Challa returned to Wakanda and was appointed King of Wakanda, after this he would train as hard as possible and wanted to participate in the Black Panther Trials, gain the abilities of the Black Panther and become a hero.Becoming the Black Panther
After successfully completing the Black Panther Trials, T'Challa was granted the title of Black Panther and was given a heart shaped herb which he would eat and gain extraordinary abilities of the Black Panther, T'Challa was the second Wakandan to become King and the Black Panther, the first being his father.
T'Challa would honor the title of Black Panther well, and the Wakandans would even believe T'Challa to be the best Black Panther in generations.Seeking help from the X-Men
On a normal day, while T'Challa was tending to political business. Suddenly one of his guards report to him that there are intruders at the border. T'Challa suits up in his Panther Habit and goes out to intervene with the intruders.
Black Panther arrives at the border and demands to know what outsiders are doing attempting to enter his country, even worse, illegally. Black Panther would then be greeted by what seems to be the intruder's leader, Black Panther then recognizes that their leader is Ulysses Klaue; the man who murdered his father. Klaue attempts to attack the Black Panther which resorts to him having to retaliate and combat Klaue and his allies; Juggernaut, Black Knight, Batroc the Leaper and Radioactive Man. Black Panther would seemingly be getting the upper hand against Klaue and his allies, Black Panther is incapacitated by Juggernaut and they escape into Wakanda.
Realizing he cannot defeat them alone, T'Challa swallows his pride and contacts the X-Men, the reason being because his ex-girlfriend Ororo Monroe belongs to the team and he trusts her. The X-Men then fly over to Wakanda to help, when they arrived T'Challa, as the Black Panther, would order his guards, who were acting hostile toward Ororo and the X-Men, off and welcome the X-Men to Wakanda. Black Panther would take them into the city and brief them on Klaw's partners and tell them that he had received intel detailing that Klaw and his mercenaries were planning on attacking the Royal City.
After a day of relaxation, rest and being treated well by the Wakandans. The X-Men and the Black Panther were ready to help defend the Royal City from Klaw, when Klaw and his mercenaries arrived the Black Panther would go on to fight Klaw on his own while the X-Men would combat the mercenaries. Black Panther would enter a lengthy battle, Klaw would taunt Black Panther about his father's death, but with training to control his emotions over the years the Black Panther did not let Klaw's words effect him. Black Panther would gracefully but brutally beat Klaw and return to the X-Men. Upon returning Black Panther would see that the X-Men defeated the mercenaries and saved the Royal City, shortly after Black Panther would thank the X-Men for helping him and declared them friends and allies to Wakanda.
Before leaving, Ororo and T'Challa would privately talk about their previous relationship and she would apologize for leaving him as she had no choice, T'Challa would stop her and tell her she had nothing to apologize for as she was meant to be an X-Man and he was meant to be the king and protector, the Black Panther. The two would then share a passionate kiss before parting ways and initiating a long distance relationship.

He is a master of stealth, disguise etc. He is considered to be one of the best martial artists to have ever walked the Earth.

While not all of his inventions are as good as others made by Tony Stark and so on, he possesses engineering abilities and intellect that makes him a peer and has proven to be able to invent and create weaponry that rivals their engineering capabilities. T'Challa can also duplicate practically any other technologies after learning how they work or by glancing at the designs.
Highly Influential Connections: As king of Wakanda, the Panther has access to a vast collection of magical artifacts, technological and military hardware, as well as the support of his nation's wide array of scientists, adventurers, and superheroes.

| - Panther Habit: As the champion of the Black Panther Trials, the champion is gifted with a ceremonial regalia in the form of a Vibranium laced panther habit which has been passed down to each and every champion of the Black Panther Trials. The appearance of the suit has changed over the course of history, but has retained its abilities; This uniform has the ability to absorb vibrations via its Vibranium lacing, it can negate and/or lessen powerful kinetic based attacks such as bullets shots, penetrating blades, and crushing blows. The lenses in the mask cut glare and enhance the Panther's natural night vision, then lenses also allows him to see in infra-red and other visual spectrum. The suit features:
*Vibranium Microweave Mesh: The microweave robs incoming objects of their momentum; bullets do not ricochet off, but simply fall to the ground when they come in contact with the weave. Likewise, the Panther cannot be stabbed, however, the costume can be cut if the attacker slashes along the uniform's grain. Combined with his durability,
*Anti-Metal Claws: Claws in the gloves are made of Antarctic Vibranium-based "Anti-Metal" that can break down basically all metals at the molecular level .The claws also have the ability to emit small energy blades from the tip as well as launch them as projectiles.
*Energy-Dampening Boots: Energy regulators create varying fields from the Vibranium in the molded soles of the boots, enabling Panther to survive a fall of several stories and land like a cat. Given enough momentum, the Panther can also scale walls or skim across water. The field can be also used offensively to shatter or weaken objects, or defensively to rob incoming objects of their momentum as shown when he stopped a car thrown by the hulk from crushing him by using the Vibranium in his boots.
*Cloaking Technology: The cloak can be elongated, shortened or eliminated with a thought, and the entire costume can be covered allowing it to pass as normal street clothes or render T'Challa completely invisible.
*Hard-Light Shielding: T'Challa was shown using a small shield comprised of hardened light, to defend himself and others as part of his standard gear.
*Vibranium Energy Daggers: with an ornate hilt carved of ivory or some kind of stone, and an energy-generated blade that can be set to stun or kill. The energy blades can be handled like either a physical knife or fired like darts and regenerated repeatedly. They can also be shaped into other various weapons like scythes or a spear.
