Rip Cards is an insert set in 2008 Topps Allen and Ginter. The Rip Card set was expanded from 50 cards to 100 cards for the 2008 set. As in previous years, each card was a shell that contained another card within. Each card would contain one of the following: a mini card that extended the mini set to 400 cards (each was serial numbered to 25), a mini autograph card with a red ink signature (SN to 10), a wood parallel card (1/1), or a Dick Perez Original Sketch card (1/1). The Rip cards themselves were serial numbered between 10 and 99 copies each and were inserted at a rate of 1:189 hobby packs.
