abstract	The Treesian National Congress was a separatist group that operated throughout Wild Space. They were formed because its leader, Norotuk Dien, thought that the Republic's government was collapsing and it needed a successor, the government wasn't making any use of the tons of water it had, and that the Galactic Republic was power-hungry. The TNC wanted to wage war with them by turning it into a communist state. Everyone would recieve fair pay. They did not realize Dooku's intention, however. All he wanted was the death of the Republic's Saleucami senator. Norotuk eventually killed him, but he himself was killed by his own land mine after getting shot by Clone Rangers.
