abstract	The 2010 round was announced after the moderately successful 1984 Twist round. It was again to be a non-twist round. It was decided by the planners to be more Euro-centric than other rounds, leaving a pivotal role for the EU. It would be led by 3 admins; West, Europe and East. Unexpected trouble came when our board on ipbfree vanished overnight along with (probably) thousands of other boards. But the cockroach that is Qpawn soon found itself regrouping soon on the old Zetaboardsforum. A mysterious benefactor, later revealed to be Keab42, eventually came to the rescue with an entire new board hosted on his own webspace. Many veteran players made a(n official) comeback this round.
