The Jikokukenin (or Time rogues) are a group of ninja that fight against Kagegakure 2. They were originally a group of ninja activists from Jikokugakure, but they eventually left the village and stationed a base in the Land of Currents. They work alongside the Mokukenin. Their goals seem unknown, but it is shown that they want to overtake the entire Lost Lands, and reestablish it in a monarchy. It is later shown that the Jikokukenin was also formed to keep watch on Hikaru, so the power of the Ten Tailed Wolf was controlled.

  • The Jikokukenin (or Time rogues) are a group of ninja that fight against Kagegakure 2. They were originally a group of ninja activists from Jikokugakure, but they eventually left the village and stationed a base in the Land of Currents. They work alongside the Mokukenin. Their goals seem unknown, but it is shown that they want to overtake the entire Lost Lands, and reestablish it in a monarchy. It is later shown that the Jikokukenin was also formed to keep watch on Hikaru, so the power of the Ten Tailed Wolf was controlled. They all were outcasts of there lands, with many ambitions. Many of the members are people who hate Kagegakure 2, but seem to be reasonable about their hates. Almost all of the members are at least Kage level, but this is due to their training. Each of the ninja were elite ninja in their villages, and could easily go up against Zukia Tojiro and be almost equal.
