- Michael Dammann Eisner is een Amerikaanse zakenman die de directeur was van The Walt Disney Company van 22 september 1984 tot 30 september 2005.
- Michael Eisner is an actor who played Edward Meyers in the episode "Edward."
- Michael Eisner (b. 1942) is the former chairman (1984-2004) and chief executive officer (1984-2005) of The Walt Disney Company. Eisner first worked with Jim Henson in the 1970s when Eisner was president of ABC. Under his leadership, the network aired the specials The Muppets Valentine Show and The Muppet Show: Sex and Violence. As host of The Wonderful World of Disney, he has appeared with the Muppets providing an introduction to several specials including John Denver and the Muppets: A Christmas Together, The Muppets at Walt Disney World and The Muppets' Wizard of Oz. In late 1989 and early 1990, Eisner orchestrated the first attempted buy-out of The Jim Henson Company, but the deal fell through after Jim Henson's death. Still interested in Henson for many years, he made several other attempts to buy the company, including when EM.TV had put it up for sale in the early 2000's. Eisner finally succeeded in having Disney buy (as well as Bear in the Big Blue House) from the Henson company in 2004, which led to the creation of the Muppets Holding Company (now known as The Muppets Studio), the Disney subsidiary under which the Muppets are managed. In March 2004, Eisner was removed as Chairman of Disney. He resigned as CEO in the fall of 2005 and was succeeded by Robert Iger.
- In "Brian Does Hollywood", Brian Griffin has a job at a carwash and, hoping to become a director, presents to each of his customers a script of his own screenplay. Michael Eisner pulls up to the carwash, but ignores Brian's offer of the script and simply pulls out a Mickey Mouse hat with "Brian" on it. He then tells Brian to come to Disneyland, but just before driving off, he shouts, "Bring money!" He also appears in the "Family Guy Viewer Mail No. 1" segment "No Bones About It". When a boneless Peter is thrown from the Teacup ride at Disney World, he lands in a locker room where Eisner uses him as a towel while heading into the sauna. Eisner is also one of Carter Pewterschmidt's poker buddies, along with Bill Gates and, to a degree, Ted Turner, as revealed in "Screwed the Pooch". When Brian won The Bachelorette in "Brian the Bachelor", Eisner stuck Brian with the bill for renting the mansion. He was last seen running away from Brian after giving him the check, shouting, "No givesies-backsies!" In "The Courtship of Stewie's Father", he was "killed" by Peter after being pushed off a cliff at Disney World and eaten by crocodiles. Eisner is voiced by Gary Cole.
