The tipicoa was a non-sentient animal—bird—that lived on the planet Novus Kamino Prime. It was considered to be a very magnificent and beautiful bird and was a native of Novus Kamino Prime's jungles. Tipicoas were a major problem, though, for forest dwellers on Novus Kamino Prime. They would learn the language of the new people and never stop "ranting". Although they could learn a couple of words, they were not sentient.
