  • The Kingdom of Avolmarch was a Monarchy in the great European tradition, during the early days of the first server. It was ruled through absolute decree tempered by rule of law and traditional virtue. Its armies were commanded to uphold faith and honor, and its commoners toiled with diligence to reap the rewards of their labors. Its king, IronShadow, issued decrees with a balance of freedom and order. Avolmarch was attacked by Rome in a war of expansion, and became a Roman Protectorate, with its former king as governor. IronShadow disappeared into the wilds, however, and made war upon Rome. With the aid of the Guild of Mercenaries and a spy within Rome's walls (Banana) , he broke into the city, slaughtered the defenders, and burnt it to the ground. Now ruler of Rome (HRE), he proclaimed himself Holy Roman Emperor, and continued his war against the remnants of SPQR. His palace was later robbed by treacherous SPQR agents. Avolmarch and the Holy Roman Empire were disbanded in the second server. Avolmarch people of note: * Motherfucking * Sir * Bad-ass bitch fucker * Hammy. Who helped defeat SPQR when he was recruited as a soldier, fightint many campaigns for Rome he became very rich with the loot stolen in Rome's expansive war and was a hero when he defeated a Pirate nation by burning down the forest next to their ship which lit them on fire and caused the occupants to flee with all their loot which was stolen by SPQR soldiers. In short, this page is now about Sir Hammy's awesome and deceptive tactics.
