Thomas Francis Stonelake (c.1825 - 1909) was a stationer and local politician in the Islington area. A member of Islington Vestry and Board of Guardians, in 1885 he was elected to the London School Board as one of the representatives of the Finsbury Division, which included Islington. He only served two three-year terms on the board, losing his seat at the 1891 poll.

He twice unsuccessfully contested the London County Council election: in 1889 as an independent and in 1892 as a Progressive Party, on both occasions as a candidate for Islington East. In 1900 when the first election to Islington Borough Council was held, Stonelake was a candidate, but failed to be elected.
