In addition, Rangiku rated Hisagi as "Silly", "Stupid", "Not reliable", "Weak" and "Cute" in a survey that Hisagi saw. At which point Hisagi refused to leave the editors office for 3 days. (All information from Bleach Color+) So all in all, Hisagi might fantasise about being with Rangiku, Rangiku doesn't seem to reciprocate the feeling and Hisagi seems to know this very well.
