| - The episode begins with an introduction from Chris, who explains that the season will take place once again at Camp Wawanakwa, but this time, the season has a few changes, showing how the island has changed while they were gone. Eight contestants are then introduced from a yacht arriving to the island. A full line up of all the contestants competing this season is then given. The viewers are first introduced to Jade and John, the former telling the latter to stay out of her way. MKLover and Bya are introduced, only to be interrupted by Sylu. Metal catches MKLover after she is pushed out of the way by Sylu, but drops her to give a salute when his name is announced. Followed by Skarlet, who blows a kiss to the camera. Prince is then introduced while applying spray tan, and Skarlet brags about her life. But to make a more interesting welcome, Chris activates a bomb, destroying the yacht and causing the cast to fall into the water. The contestants then had to swim back to shore of the island. Bya is seen drowning in the lake, but Sylu saves him while calling him a "little girl" in the process, causing Bya to protest. Skarlet starts drowning, as she was wasting her energy telling about the advantages she has of being rich. Prince and Jade both say that they'll help Skarlet, but she takes her hand and puts it on Prince's head, drowning him. Jade saves them both. Meanwhile, Metal cheers in excitement when he believes he is the first to reach the shore. However, John was already at the shore, since he used a shortcut and didn't even get wet. Sylu made it on the shore third. MKLover, who was unknowingly carrying Bya, makes it to the shore fourth. Once everyone made it ashore, everyone gets to have a few moments of chatting. Then Chris announces that the contestants should follow a path into the woods, and then signals off a horn. The cast run away from the loud rustling in the distance. After they have followed the path, they are united with Chris awaiting at a finish line. The contestants crossing the finish line determined which team they would be placed on, with Prince, Skarlet, MKLover and Bya ending up on the Niggy Team and Jade, Sylu, John and Metal on the Rainbow Dash Team. Chris also introduces the "McLean-Brand Chris Head," which he is going to hide somewhere on the island. It is an item that, when found, will allow the contestant who finds it to stay in the competition even when voted out for the first time. After that, Chris then gives out rewards for those who crossed the finish line first. Due to Metal crossing first, his team won a trampoline, and Sylu, the second to cross, got a hacksaw. From there, at the base of the cliff, Chris has the teams pick a driver. Metal, Johns, and Sylu wrestle for the position which Johns ultimately wins by lying about being a cart driving champion. Jade tells John that he should be a diver instead due to his fat body ability, but John refuses and taunts Jade about her status as a goth. Jade then remarks in the confessional that she didn't do anything wrong to John. MKLover, Bya, and Prince are unable to decide who should be the driver, causing Chris to pick Skarlet and pushes her into the carriage. The rest of the contestants race to the top of the cliff with Sylu arriving first. MKLover, Bya, and Prince gasp at seeing the sharks as Sylu jumps and punches the sharks in the nose. Bya quickly follows but Rainbow Dash Team take the lead. Upon entering the baby stroller, Bya orders Skarlet to drive, but she doesn't remember the way to the hotel. Frustrated, Bya demands he'll drive but is stopped by Chris and tells him only the chosen one to drive shall drive. Bya tells Skarlet to push and Skarlet asks him how to push, frustrating Bya. John and Jade agree to stay out of each other's way until the teams merge. The challenge continues as the keys don't fit. On the top of the cliff, Metal infroms Jade about the John love/hating her. Upon seeing John returning, Jade tries to kiss Sylu to let John know that she doesn't like him, but he pushes her off the cliff as she is still troubled by the Metal's comment. MKLover jumps for the Niggy team as Jade and John head back to the hotel. The teams continue going back and forth as each team is trying to find the key to open the hotel first. Skarlet finds the key and opens the hotel successfully, making her team, Niggy team, win the challenge! While, the Rainbow Dash Team lost. The Rainbow Dash Team were then taken to the first elimination campfire ceremony of the season, where Chris announced that this time instead of the eliminated player not getting a marshmallow, that player would get the Marshmallow of Toxic Loserdom. Jade, and Metal received regular marshmallows in that order. That left John, who wasn't too focused on competing, and Metal, who annoyed mostly everyone by constantly trying to be the best at everything. The Marshmallow of Toxic Loserdom went to John, who became the first eliminated contestant of the season. John asks if that means he has to go to the Dock of Shame, to which Chris replies by announcing that this season's voted off players leave the game by the Hurl of Shame. John talks about how he never hated Jade, but had a crush on her, but before he could finish, Chris hurled him with the catapult.
