A new Equipment system and PALs are introduced and participants are encouraged to take to the streets to hunt the wolf. The Wolf posts at random and when he does an alert is sent to everyone telling them to go get him. The hunt is not a safe one, while the Wolf has a health bar so does everyone else. The wolf at any time can attack players or land a counter attack as they attempt to attack him. A counter attack is rare but lands a one-hit-kill. In order to attack all players must has posted recently and be alive. Players can also attack one another. Killing another player awards their faction a point. Depending on how the wolf was fought items would be awarded IF the wolf died. If not killed within a time limit the wolf would flee and no awards would be granted. This made it important to work together even if the other combatants where not on your team. When the wolf died each participant in the battle was awarded a box. Which box was awarded depended on how the wolf was fought. As long as a single blow was placed on the wolf the participant would be granted a box upon its death. Though faction tallies kept score by how many players of the other factions they killed in the end no award was given for killing other members. Instead the faction with the most kills was scolded for being murderous and a danger to scociety.
