abstract
  • Founded 27 years after the orcs came through the Dark Portal, the Stormwind Scryer is the definition of trashy tabloid. The articles are completely made up, and the editor-in-chief (and only writer) Asmonion has no qualms with lies and slander if they sell papers. The Stormwind Scryer was originally intended to be a serious investigative newspaper, exposing the rampant corruption and bad rulings that came from Stormwind Keep. Unfortunately, the Scryer started its operations just days before King Varian Wrynn came back to Stormwind and reclaimed his throne. Left with nothing to write stories about, and facing thousands of gold in debt from starting the paper, Asmonion was forced to become a tabloid.
