William George Lemon (1831-26 June 1897) was a barrister and local politician. Born in Marylebone, he was the second son of James Lemon of Piccadilly. He studied at the University of London, graduating BA in 1853 and becoming a member of the university's convocation. He subsequently studied law and was called to the bar at Lincoln's Inn on 6 June 1866, having also received a Bachelor of Laws degree in the same year.
