  • In 1984, , a popular manufacturer of children's Halloween costumes who had made a number of Sesame Street costumes, produced a line of Muppet Babies costumes, including Baby Kermit, Baby Piggy and Baby Fozzie. The Kermit costume consisted of a mask, a sleeveless top, and a pair of pull-on pants. The outfit was Baby Kermit's usual blue and white sailor suit; Baby Kermit himself appeared on the shirt over his name. The Baby Piggy outfit featured a mask and a pink dress. Above the waist of the dress is a heart that says "Baby Miss Piggy", and on the skirt is a red heart and an image of Baby Piggy. The artwork was by Guy Gilchrist .
