Her first job appeared to have been in Promotions, credited on-and-off since Issue 138 (when that particular job was first mentioned within the comic's pages). Either she stopped working in this position, or she was no longer credited towards the end of the printing of original stories. With the introduction of fully-reprint issues, Ballard became the marketing assistant for the comic, retaining this role right until the very last issue.
