First defeat the Sinnoh and get the National Dex and then you go ot iron island. Defeat 100 pokemon there none stop. THere is a 1% of finding a Jirachi. This also works for celebi too. Go to soleceon town go to the ruins and defeat 100 unnowns and then there will be a 2% of finding one. If this doesn't work hack them then or AR. Hope i helped! hee hee
