The Imperial Tribunal has announced plans to relocate from the current Imperial Tribunal to the Tribunal District of Bloodstone in Light's Reach. The move is expected to take the better part of a week. Operations within Light's Reach and around the Empire as a whole will not suffer as a result of the relocation, although some legislative procedures may be delayed until the relocation is complete. The Imperial Watch will handle criminal proceedings locally where possible, or at the very least contain criminals warranting medium-justice until the Tribunal has finished the move.

It is also expected that the Imperial Office of Census and Excise will be taking up residence in the Tribunal District as well, thus enabling an unprecidented level of cooperation between the two departments of the Imperial Crown. The Museum of Artifacts is also expected to relocate. That an exact replica of the Halls of Healing exist in Light's Reach is a mystery that is profound indeed. No plans have yet been announced regarding what will become of the "old" Imperial Tribunal, but sources within the military suspect it will be converted into a garrison for the Imperial Watch. The unique attribute of Light's Reach of being a haven from the Shadow has been cited as one of the prime reasons for the move.
